INDIAN WELLS – Slovak tennis player Filip Polášek and Australian John Peers made it to the doubles final at the ATP Indian Wells Masters tournament. In the semifinal match, the Croatian-Brazilian pair Ivan Dodig, Marcelo Melo 6: 4, 7: 6 (1) defeated the seventh highest pair.

In the fight for the trophy, they will compete with Aslan Karacev and Andrei Rublov, the Russian tandem eliminated the German Tim Pütz with the New Zealander Michael Venus 6: 3, 4: 6, 10: 5.

For Polášek and Dodig, the mutual duel had a spicy flavor, as they won two tournaments together on the main ATP circuit (Beijing 2019 and Cincinnati 2019) and triumphed at the Australian Open grand slam in Melbourne in February this year. Their mutual cooperation ended in July.
