The battery has 32 modules, each should have about 2.42 kWh. Each of the modules has 12 lithium-ion cells with a capacity of about 200 Wh. Interestingly, the difference between the 72.6 and 77.4 kWh versions is exactly two cells. So it’s not a software “hidden” capacity, as was the case with Tesla in the past. Flashlights for the new platform are manufactured by Hyundai, while the cells are mainly supplied by SK Innovation, CATL, and LG Energy should be added over time.
