Slovak tennis player Filip Polášek together with the Australian John Peers succeeded in the quarterfinals of the doubles at the ATP Indian Wells Masters tournament.

The seventh deployed pair defeated the deployed units Nikola Mektič and Mate Pavič from Croatia 6: 2 and 6: 3.

In the fight for promotion to the finals, Fabio Fognini, Lorenzo Sonego – Marcelo Melo and Ivan Dodig will compete with the better of the pairs.
