The prices of new tickets are already attacking the prices of new cars. The interest is huge – Podkapotou.sk

Customers are very interested in used cars. For long waiting times and concerns about electromobility, they prefer tickets.

This follows from analyzes and sales statistics of the Aures Holdings group. The AURES Holdings Group sold 64,716 cars in the first nine months of this year. Most of them in the last three months, when in July, August and September, customers from AAA AUTO branches drove a total of 25,906 vehicles. At the same time, the used car market throughout the region has been shrinking for several months now and used car prices are rising. The group also continues to build Driverama, an online repurchase company and, in the future, for the sale of used vehicles in Western Europe.

“Despite the fact that this year in Slovakia and the Czech Republic we started with the longest lockdown so far during the coronavirus pandemic, we managed to catch up with the missing sales immediately after its end and return to sales at the level of 8,500 cars per month. Thanks to this, we were able to sell 64,716 vehicles in nine months, ie without 100 cars, almost as much as in the same time in the pre-time year 2019. We consider this to be a very good result in view of other circumstances on the market. ” said Karolína Topolová, CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors of AURES Holdings, the operator of the international network of car centers AAA AUTO. Out of the total number of 64,716 vehicles, 12,395 cars were sold in Slovakia, 37,121 cars in the Czech Republic and 15,200 in Poland..

The offer of advertised cars is falling, prices are rising

The used car market has been shrinking since the beginning of the coronavirus crisis and used car prices are rising. “According to our analyzes, in Slovakia, the Czech Republic and Poland there was a significant year-on-year decrease in the volume of used vehicles on the main advertising units of used cars and thus a significant increase in their prices. 29%, prices increased by 8%, the second largest decrease in supply was recorded in Slovakia, namely by 19%, prices on this market increased by 10%, the decrease in the volume of supply also concerned the Czech Republic, in total it was a decrease of 14%. , supplemented by a 13% increase in prices, “ said Petr Vaněček, Operations Director and Chairman of the Board of Directors of AURES Holdings, the operator of the AAA AUTO network.

There are several reasons, in particular production outages and greater interest in individual transport due to concerns about the higher risk of coronavirus infection in public transport. “Within the AAA AUTO network, we can not only maintain the scope of the offer, but even increase it thanks to a robust purchasing infrastructure. price and structural differences between markets – we monetize our competitive advantage – we can offer customers cars across markets, “ added Vaněček.

Motorists also buy cars from foreign branches, but they are more expensive

AAA AUTO customers more often choose cars from foreign branches of this dealer. Every month, more than two thousand customers are interested in vehicles on offer in another country, and their number is constantly growing. “The average value of a vehicle in which such customers are interested remains at around € 12,750. This is significantly higher than the average value of a vehicle sold in the AAA AUTO network on the local market without imports from abroad. vehicles offered throughout the V4 region are the Škoda Octavia, then the Škoda Superb, Volkswagen Passat, Audi A5 and Audi A4,“added Petr Vaněček.

Driverama is growing

AURES Holdings Group continues to build Driverama, which is dedicated to the online purchase of vehicles and, in the future, to the sale of used vehicles in Western Europe. “During the spring of this year, Driverama began operating its new headquarters in Munich and Amsterdam. In the last 4 months, Driverama has opened 4 new micro-branches. “With a population of over 17 million. Yesterday we opened our fourth branch in Berlin, in the Reinickendorf district,” said Stanislav Gálik, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Driverama.

Active in the fight against coronavirus

AURES Holdings Group also actively supports the vaccination of its employees against coronavirus. “We have announced a motivational competition, where we draw two winners from each country we operate in each of the vaccinated. Each will receive prizes worth around 200 euros, or 900 zlotys in Poland and 5,000 crowns in the Czech Republic. we managed to increase the number of vaccinated people in the group by 170. In total, we have almost 1,200 employees vaccinated. We will motivate our colleagues in this way at least until the end of the year. “ stated by Karolína Topolová.
