Tokyo earthquake, 5.9 magnitude shock: 32 injured

A 5.9-magnitude Richter earthquake was recorded in the Tokyo metropolitan area, the highest since 2011. At least 32 injured by the earthquake, a derailed train, leaking sewer water and power outages, such as reports the Kyodo news agency. Japan’s new prime minister Fumio Kishida has assembled a working group to oversee the government’s response to the earthquake, NHK TV reports.
