Peter Sagan and Bora-Hansgrohe. A successful connection that lasted five years.

Peter and Juraj Saganovci drove the last races in the Bory-Hansgrohe jersey to Paris-Roubaix on Sunday.

During that time, the Slovak champion won 29 triumphs in the colors of the German stable.

Among the most prestigious were the prizes at the Paris-Roubaix, Ghent-Wevelgem classics, green jerseys at the Tour de France and a cyclamen T-shirt at the Giro d’Italia.

Sagan said goodbye to Bora last week after the Paris-Roubaix classic, on which he finished in 55th place after falling .

He shared farewell photos on a social network and added a few words of thanks:

“Time flies when you enjoy what you do in good company. I feel like it was yesterday when I shook hands with Ralph Denk (team boss, note) and joined the Bora-Hansgrohe family, but it’s for five years!

When I had my last dinner and party after Paris – Roubaix with my teammates, team members and sponsors, it was quite an emotional moment for me.
