Exactly 20 years ago, they conquered the charts with their single All The Things She Said, in which, as 16- and 17-year-old students, they kissed in school uniforms. Their controversial music videos have been banned in many countries for lesbian scenes in short school uniforms.

However, Lena and Julia were not really in a lesbian relationship. The Russian pop couple was formed in 1999 under the supervision of a child psychologist and marketing expert Ivan Šapalov, who knew exactly how to make two beautiful Russian famous celebrities – and succeeded! The whole world believed that they were lesbians.

The big newspaper about a joint return in the spring of 2022 was announced on the social network Instagram by Ryshka Lena. However, how it will go with their image after 10 years is questionable. Both Lena and Julia have changed a lot in the last 10 years.
