What is the 13th pension waiting for you this year? You can find out from the calculator of the Social Insurance Agency – PRAVDA.sk

The social insurance company has again prepared a useful tool for pensioners – a calculator for calculating the 13th pension. The calculator will quickly calculate how much they will receive this pension in November 2021.

The calculator is published on the website of the Social Insurance Agency (Calculator for calculating the 13th pension). Its use is simple. The pensioner writes in the amount of the pension, resp. individual pensions which it receives. After clicking on the Calculate box, he will immediately find out how much he will receive the 13th pension in 2021.

“The calculator also allows you to enter in a currency other than the euro, while ensuring the conversion of the currency into euros (the amount of the pension in euros is rounded down to the nearest euro cent). The reference exchange rate determined by the European Central Bank or the National Bank of Slovakia, which is valid on 1 September 2021, will be used to recalculate the pension from abroad, “said Zuzana Dvoráková, a spokeswoman for the Social Insurance Agency.

The social insurance company will pay the 13th pension automatically in November 2021. This means that there is no need to claim this pension.

“The maximum amount of the 13th pension in 2021 will be 300 euros and will be received by those pensioners who have a pension of 218.06 euros or less. For recipients of pensions ranging from € 218.07 to € 912.50, the 13th pension will be reduced to a minimum of € 50.01. The lowest 13th pension of 50 euros will be given to pensioners who have a pension of 912.51 euros and higher, “added Dvoráková.
