According to our information, the detainee who took hostage, this Tuesday, October 5, 2021, two guards of the Alençon-Condé-sur-Sarthe prison center (Orne), arrived at the scene three weeks ago.
Sofiane Rasmouk, born in 1987, was sentenced on appeal, in September 2017, to life imprisonment with a 22-year safety sentence for acts of rape and violence. He arrived at Alençon prison on September 17th.
This Tuesday in the morning, he attacked two supervisors by injuring at least one before holding them hostage.
He leaves his victim for dead
Our colleagues from Parisian had followed the trials of the one who was nicknamed the Monster of Doves.
On August 7, 2013 in Colombes (Hauts-de-Seine), he subjected a young woman who was trying to defend herself against her sexual assault to a surge of violence before leaving her for dead and then attacking a second victim a little later.
During this second trial, Sofiane Rasmouk, described by experts as a psychopath, half-heartedly acknowledged the facts being accused of him.
He had followed his first victim, Priscillia, from Garenne-Colombes station to the foot of his building, where he had tried to rape her.
Avalanche of brutality
Faced with the defense of his victim, he was unleashed, smashing his skull, and abandoning him, unrecognizable, before chasing another young woman. Priscilla is now severely disabled.
His second victim, Sandra, felt he would kill her if she defended herself. He raped her under an avalanche of brutality.
