Berlusconi turns 85, Putin’s best wishes

Vladimir Putin wished Silvio Berlusconi his 85th birthday with a message and a phone call in which he cited his important personal contribution to the development of bilateral relations, as the Kremlin announced. The Russian President also wished his Italian ‘friend’ “good health and prosperity”. In the message, writes the agency Ria Novosti, Putin cited the friendship that binds him to Berlusconi for a long time and stressed that the former Italian Prime Minister and leader of Forza Italia “is always a welcome guest in Russia”.
