The majority of the shares were sold after a year after Ján Kara and his wife were in the position of club owners. It was a hectic period during which Nitra and its problems shook in the media. In a difficult situation, it was essential that the youth of FC Nitra went through licensing procedures. However, they did not get around the problems either.

“We are handing over a club to the new owners, in which all youth coaches are paid. We don’t owe them anything. Payouts in the last two to three months went on time. We have now invested in the club in the form of buying a second bus. ”

Ján Kara did not want to talk about the financial aspects of the transaction. “We received the amount we requested, without any concessions.”

In recent years, FC Nitra has been struggling with the economy and it was no secret that it had large debts, which should have exceeded seven digits.
