The integration into state registers, he claims, takes longer for the IT system vendor than originally anticipated, so he does not manage to start the registration from October 1. The information system for the purchase of residence cards is intended to obtain additional information automatically from state databases after entering the basic data of the population. For example, after entering the birth number, the system automatically verifies personal data and permanent residence in the register of natural persons. “We are sorry for this delay, although our PosAm supplier did not meet the contractual deadlines, the parking regulation is being implemented by the city and it is fully aware of the responsibility for the start-up delay.” Rajčanová stated.

According to Samos, the signage in the streets of the first zones (Tehelné pole, Krasňany and Dvory 4) will rightly be ready by the originally announced date of the start of regulation.
