Netflix has unveiled the trailer for its film “8 Rue de l’Humanité”, the new comedy by Dany Boon, expected on the platform for October 20.

Hypochondriac to the point of having devoted a film on the subject (Supercondriac in 2014), Dany Boon could not remain insensitive to the coronavirus. The favorite ch’ti of the French today unveils the trailer for its brand new comedy 8 Rue de l’Humanité, precisely inspired by the Covid-19 epidemic.

In a Parisian building, the triggering of confinement pushes several neighbors to meet and get to know each other. Portrait of colorful characters, the film written by Dany Boon and Laurence Arné traces with humor the health situation experienced by our country last year.

Several regulars of Dany Boon’s cinema are gathered in this Netflix comedy: his partner Laurence Arné, but also François Damiens and Yvan Attal. New faces also completely cast the feature film like Alison Wheeler and Tom Leeb.

Preceded by a tour throughout France to greet the heroes of everyday life (illustrious anonymous people who responded to the outpouring of generosity during confinement), the film 8 Rue de l’Humanité will be available on Netflix from October 20.
