World Paella Day 2021: International chefs compete in Valencia

(CNN Spanish) – This September 20, World Paella Day is celebrated.

In Valencia, the cradle of this renowned Spanish dish, chefs from all over the world compete to see who can cook the best in the World Paella Day Cup.

Chefs from the United States, Belgium, Uruguay, Peru, China, South Korea, Costa Rica, Ireland, the Czech Republic and Spain will compete in the semifinals.
