Four NAKA members are indicted

In a criminal case for the crime of abuse of power by a public official, the ÚIS investigator accused four members of the NAKA. “On September 14, 2021, he indicted four members of the NAKA Presidium of the Police Force, Bratislava Department, J. Č., P. Ď., MS and Š. M.,” added the spokesman. The pair of NAKA members Ján Čurilla and Pavel Ďurka were also charged on Monday with a criminal case of so-called influencing the veracity of witness statements.

This was stated for the media by the lawyer Peter Kubina shortly before the judge for the preparatory proceedings of the District Court (OS) Bratislava III began to decide on the proposal of the prosecutor of the Regional Prosecutor’s Office (KP) in Bratislava to prosecute them.

“My clients have played their rules according to the rules all their careers, and in this case they don’t play against them according to the rules. Those things are not crimes, neither the first charge nor the second. The question is which court will state that.” said the lawyer.
