Power in Afghanistan has so far been taken over by the Taliban movement, whose members are gradually combing the buildings in Kabul, from where thousands of diplomats and activists have fled at the last minute.

In a new video spread over social networks, Taliban fighters are examining the contents of a warehouse in a building that appears to have served as the Czech embassy.

Members of the radical movement are looking at Becherovka in the warehouse, as well as slivovice from Rudolf Jelínek and Pilsner beer. In the video, you can finally see how the fighters discover a sealed box of beer.

The Taliban first said it had broken into the warehouse of former Afghan Foreign Minister Salahuddin Rabbani, but Czech diplomacy later confirmed that the footage did indeed come from the abandoned Czech embassy in Kabul. Rabbání wrote on Twitter that the Taliban were just trying to spread propaganda against him.

However, it is not clear from the video how the Taliban handled its alcohol supplies. Islam strictly forbids drinking alcohol, so they are likely to destroy bottles and cans.
