LOTO – A player won this Saturday, September 11 in the draw of Lotto a gain of 26 million euros, the largest ever awarded since the launch of this game in 1976, indicates the website of the Lotery (FDJ).

The previous record jackpot, amounting to 24,000,008 euros, was won in Sarcelles in June 2011, according to the FDJ.

No details have been revealed on the identity or whereabouts of the record-breaking winner, who took the stake after twelve draws without a winner.
