The difference in the proportion of vaccinated and non-vaccinated who had to be hospitalized is abysmal. According to data released by the Ministry of Health yesterday, up to 91 percent of patients in the hospital are infected with coronavirus who are either not vaccinated at all or received only the first dose. According to the Ministry of Health, only 9 percent of those infected whose condition required hospitalization are fully vaccinated.

Analysts from the Data without Pathos project also pointed out that there were 46 people in the 18-64 age group in the hospital as of September 6, six of whom had been vaccinated. Over the age of 65, there are also 46 patients, of whom ten are vaccinated.

According to the latest data, the total number of people vaccinated with the first dose of the vaccine is 2,397,773. There were 1,547 people vaccinated the previous day. The second dose of the vaccine has already been given to 2,195,812 people, and 2,923 people have been vaccinated the past day.

Most patients are located in hospitals in the Košice and Prešov regions.
