O2: Twice the data in three flat rates temporarily free. From February for a surcharge – Živé.sk

Added: At a press conference, O2 specified that from today until the end of January, customers can use twice as much data. Subsequently, the volume will be increased only for an additional fee:

• Blue Smart flat rate: for an additional 1 euro you get another 1 GB of data
• Silver Smart flat rate: for an additional 2 euros you have another 3 GB of data
• Gold Smart package: for an additional 3 euros you get another 10 GB of data

Customers will not have to buy larger data packages if they are not interested.

Surcharge data will be available for purchase in the My O2 application and in the customer zone. If you activate the data free of charge by the end of February, O2 will notify you three days before the charge and on the day of the charge.

Original article: O2 has released an update to the mobile application and in its description it speaks of a new benefit: in the application it is possible to activate twice the data for Smart packages for free until 31 January 2022.

“Go to the packages, find the Duplicate Data and activate the package,” says O2 to the mobile application for Android. A similar description is even with the iOS version.

However, we have not yet found the option in the packages. It is not so clear since when the promotion is valid.
