Stricter rules in the orange districts relate mainly to capacity for mass events, social events or restaurants. In the new COVID vending machine, people are divided into fully vaccinated OTPs (vaccinated, tested, overdone) or on a baseline basis (all, regardless of vaccinations, tests or overcoming Covid).

According to these criteria, companies have to decide for which group of people they are open or for which people the events will be organized. At the same time, if the company does not distinguish between vaccinated and non-vaccinated and thus has an open basis, it has stricter conditions in the orange color of the district.
