In the morning on September 5, 2021, via the emergency line 155, tourists announced the collapse of a man under Útulňa Andrejcová, who did not have basic life functions present. “The tourists present on the spot immediately started a lay cardiopulmonary resuscitation. A crew of air rescuers and ground rescuers were sent to the scene. After the rescuers arrived at the scene, the extended CPR continued, which was unfortunately unsuccessful. “ informed the Mountain Rescue Service via the social network, adding that the man’s body was subsequently transported with the help of a stretcher and an off-road vehicle. “We took the body remains of a 67-year-old man to the village of Pohorelá, where we handed them over to members of the police force and the funeral service,” added at the end.
