After a disappointing draw against Bosnia-Herzegovina, France travels to Ukraine on Saturday, September 4 for their second match of the international break counting for the 2022 World Cup qualifiers.

An important meeting since it opposes the Blues, first in the group with 8 points, and Ukraine, second with 4 points. In the first leg at the Stade de France, the two teams parted with a score of 1-1.

If the men of Didier Deschamps keep a comfortable lead in the standings, a defeat could change the situation. An important match therefore as much on the accounting point as for reassurance: the Blues are currently on a series of four games without a win.
