“It’s been nerves all day, dramatic, balanced, challenging duels, but I’m happy with how it turned out. We worked for five years to give a good result. For the last three months, they’ve only lived sideways and it has paid off.
At the same time, everything was different in Tokyo than it was five years ago in Rio. And yet we win and take the same medal. Maybe it’s because we tried not to think about being at the Paralympics. Take it as a normal match, “Balcová said on the paralympic.sk website.
For Andrejčík, this is the second gold from Tokyo, thanks to which he became the most successful Slovak at PH 2020:
“But today, after major heart attacks. Before the games, I couldn’t be sure that it would turn out so well. We congratulated many countries and it was a beautiful feeling. We have confirmed that we are good players. “
