These exchanges, which BFMTV was able to consult, again sow trouble on the personality of the main suspect, indicted and imprisoned for “intentional homicide by spouse” since last June, and who recently filed a new request for release.

These writings date from last May. On the 16th, friends of the 33-year-old nurse organized a rally followed by a beaten in Cagnac-les-Mines (Tarn), five months after her disappearance. “Help us to find Delphine”, “we do not let go”, can we read on the sign and the T-shirts that were made for the occasion. That day, a little behind, Cédric Jubillar took part in the research for a few minutes.

“You are pathetic”

The next day, May 17, he sent a particularly aggressive message to a friend of Delphine Jubillar, a participant in the rally, on social networks. During this conversation, he is particularly virulent against the relatives of his wife, who nevertheless regularly mobilize to find his wife. Cédric Jubillar multiplies the criticisms, sometimes quite harsh, even the filthy comments about them, and gives his opinion on the research they are used to conducting.

“What made me laugh is the way you talk, laugh or cry with your t-shirts and banners, you are pathetic”, he wrote for example, before attacking in the direction of the group of friends of his wife: “You are just a bunch of turkeys giggling in front of the cameras. You are pitiful.”

“My motivations on the file are none of your business”

More disturbing, at no time does Cédric Jubillar express any concern. Five months after the disappearance of Delphine Jubillar, he speaks of her as a “file”.

Another friend of Delphine Jubillar told BFMTV that she had normal relations with her husband before his disappearance. According to her, he suddenly changed his mind when she and other friends began to conduct research, in addition to that of the gendarmes.

“I am innocent”

Cédric Jubillar, the main suspect in the case of the disappearance of his wife Delphine last December, was remanded in custody in Seysses, Haute-Garonne on June 18.
