Telekom started from today sell new programs fixed internet via optical and VDSL network. They bring higher speeds, but also prices. Existing customers can also switch to new programs if they request it.

“Existing customers can switch to the new portfolio even during the commitment period and thus take advantage of higher internet connection speeds. The change to new programs will not be made automatically. It is enough if the customer contacts us on 0800 123 456 or visits any Telekom Center and we will be happy to take care of the change, “described Telekom spokesman Pavel Ďurík for Živé.sk.

The change does not change the binding to the service.

What are the new speeds and prices

The optician offers four programs. Clients in the Magenta 1 group will benefit from a higher speed:

With ADSL technology, the offer has not changed. These are still packages M (4 / 0.5 Mbit / s), L (8/1 Mbit / s) and XL (15/1 Mbit / s).

Telekom has also added new accelerated upload packages. They are available for both optical and VDSL programs. The fee is EUR 3.98 per month without commitment or EUR 3 with commitment (until the end of the Smart Package). Speed ​​information can be found in the main article on the topic.
