As the vaccination against Covid progresses in France, with more than 75% of people having received a complete vaccination schedule, the search for a treatment continues, in particular to protect people who cannot be vaccinated for health reasons (or not receptive). We take stock of the five treatments particularly scrutinized by the French and European health authorities.

Monoclonal antibodies, polyclonal, antivirals… The treatments against the Covid, currently under study or already administered, arouse the curiosity and questioning of researchers, in the hope of finding a remedy, preventive or not, to help eradicate the virus in the world.

What if, in the fight against Covid, we could count, in addition to the future vaccine, on antibody treatments? After Bamlanivimab, the treatment developed by the Eli Lilly laboratory, or even Regeneron, it is the turn of a French laboratory located in Nantes, Xenothera, to present its product undergoing clinical trial, Xav-19.
