Toulouse. Woman dies after being hit by rodeo biker

It is a dramatic accident which took place Thursday August 26, 2021, in Toulouse at the level ofavenue du Général Eisenhower.

The motorcycle driver arrested

The firefighters were alerted shortly before 8 p.m. and immediately went to this artery located in the Bellefontaine district where a woman in her fifties had just been hit by a rodeo biker.

The woman unfortunately died at the scene of the tragedy. The driver of the motorcycle was arrested and taken into custody.

Fight against rodeos

Since the beginning of the summer, the police have stepped up interventions to fight against rodeos, with in particular recent operations in the district of Seven denarii, of Jolimont or even Sesquieres.

Ninth death on the roads since the beginning of the month

This new road drama adds a new death to the long list of deaths already recorded in the department since early August 2021: this is the ninth death due to a traffic accident since the beginning of the month.
