Slovak lawyers have filed a complaint with the International Criminal Court in The Hague regarding crimes against humanity and war crimes. This has been the case with mass testing and administration of coronavirus vaccines. They demand an immediate cessation of their use.

Marica Pirošíková, a former representative of Slovakia at the European Court of Human Rights, informed the truth about this.

In particular, who initiated this complaint and what specifically does it concern?

My colleagues Peter Weis and Erik Schmidt filed a complaint with the International Criminal Court (ICC) in The Hague in April regarding crimes against humanity and war crimes, with a wealth of substantial evidence to support our allegations of mass coronavirus testing. One month later, in May, we filed a complaint regarding the launch, distribution and use of experimental versions of Covid-19 vaccines. Subsequently, the ICC informed us that he had received our complaint and assigned a file number.

Lawyers from other countries have also joined you in this matter. How did this happen?

Other events have shown that we are not alone in our struggle and efforts to stop the current global pressure on humanity from farm companies. We have been actively connecting with lawyers and scientists from around the world who have the same concerns about the current situation.

Which countries are involved?

Lawyers from the United Kingdom, France and the Czech Republic joined us, and on August 12, we filed a joint complaint with the ICC requesting acceptance of this joint filing. Other countries are also communicating with us in the near future with an interest in joining us.

Which ones, for example?

Italy, Portugal, Hungary, Luxembourg, Spain, Norway, Denmark, Poland and the Netherlands.

Will you reveal what you have already submitted to the court?

Preliminary evidence to substantiate our claims. He has already been given specific individual cases of vaccinated people who have experienced serious side effects of vaccines, including fatal ones.

Can you explain what the evidence is about?

They are that the SARS-CoV-2 virus and experimental versions of the Covid-19 vaccines are deliberately created biological weapons that have been released in two phases. We were given exclusive access to Dr. Fleming’s forthcoming work entitled “Is Covid-19 a Biological Weapon? Scientific and forensic study “. It provides convincing evidence for the ICC on the nature of these vaccines and the virus as a biological weapon. We have also reserved the right for the ICC to investigate country-specific claims individually. We have called for an immediate halt to the entire Covid-19 vaccine testing program in our four countries and an end to testing for asymptomatic people.

Can you tell the names of scientists who are willing to testify?

We have received testimonials from several world experts. Among them are nuclear scientist and cardiologist Richard M. Fleming, expert in neurological diseases Kevin McCairn and a prominent Nobel Prize winner.

Are you taking any further steps?

We continue to gather and analyze new evidence that could be used in our submission to the ICC. We are grateful to all scientists, experts and any individual affected by the serious negative effects of the versions of these vaccines who are willing to support us with this evidence.

Can you guess when your complaint could be decided?

We are now awaiting the ICC’s decision on whether, in principle, it will allow several countries to file jointly and whether it will accept our joint request for an inquiry. Given the extremely serious nature of the medical apartheid situation in our four countries, the fundamental violations of human rights and freedoms, as well as the ever-increasing number of deaths and serious adverse effects on people receiving a dose of experimental vaccine, we alerted the ICC to the urgent need for court action. promptly and without further unnecessary delays. To this end, we have asked for a meeting in The Hague as soon as possible.

Are you ready to lose?

We understand that the ICC does not work in isolation within other international institutions, and prosecutors may be subject to various political pressures. However, we want to believe that the substance of our allegations and the evidence presented are so fundamental that the ICC will fulfill its international role and reason for its existence by thoroughly investigating and convicting criminals.

If you fail, do you plan to continue?

If our trust proves to be illusory, we will make all scientific and factual evidence available to the world public. We would also like to thank all those who contribute to the fight for truth and justice, as well as for the future of all mankind and for the protection of our children.

You also filed a complaint about war crimes. However, some say that we are not at war, so it is unfounded. What do you think?

I recommend that they study the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court. Under Article 8 of this Statute, a court has jurisdiction over war crimes, in particular if they have been committed as part of a plan or policy or as part of the commission of such crimes on a large scale. For the purposes of this status, war crimes are intentional killing, torture or inhuman treatment, including biological experiments. Also intentionally causing great bodily or health suffering or serious injury. We cannot disclose other specific details relevant in this regard, which form the content of the testimonies provided to us, at this stage.

Many call you a conspirator. How do you feel about it?

I always work on the basis of facts, using my many years of experience in the field of human rights. What matters is my conviction in the fight for justice, not how anyone calls me. I have encountered similar negative reactions, including media reactions, in the past. I was questioned when, following the discovery of the case of Boor’s and similar children, I claimed that in the United Kingdom and the Nordic countries, the removal of children from biological families and their subsequent adoptions violated the principles of the European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR) case law. . They did not want to believe that in such developed countries, which claim to have one of the best protections of children’s rights in the world, something like this could happen. The fact that my arguments were relevant is evidenced not only by three important resolutions issued by the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, but also by judgments of the ECtHR, which ruled in favor of biological families in cases where the Slovak Republic intervened as a third party.

Looking from the other side: Vaccination saves lives

It is not just experts or doctors who emphasize that vaccination is the best weapon against coronavirus. In contrast to the vaccination, which according to the European Medicines Agency’s July statistics accounts for 5.2 thousand deaths, more than a million people have died of coronavirus in Europe.

In total, according to Our World in Data statistics, less than 25 percent of the world’s population is vaccinated. As of August 25, 5.04 billion doses have been given, with 1.93 billion people worldwide being fully vaccinated.

2.3 million people received the first dose in Slovakia. Since the end of December, when the first dose of the vaccine was given, 6,075 cases of side effects have been reported to the State Institute for Drug Control, of which 823 were serious.

“We record a total of four deaths in the causal connection with vaccination, of which in three cases the connection was determined as possible and in one as probable,” the State Institute for Drug Control explained. According to the institute, the connection is excluded in other closed cases, including some publicized cases. “If the connection has not been confirmed, but the death has been reported to the state institute, we send the report together with its description to the European database of adverse reactions EudraVigilance,” the institute adds.

Milan Kulkovský, Head of the Internal Department of the Považská Bystrica Hospital, considers it important to remind that vaccination is intended to protect COVID-19 in particular, hospitalizations and deaths. In these cases, its effectiveness is demonstrable. “These are facts, not unsubstantiated opinions,” the doctor notes.

He adds that if the vaccines protected only 80 percent from death from coronavirus and were available before the second wave, 12,000 people would not die in Slovakia as a result of the pandemic, but according to him about 2.5 thousand people. However, according to studies to date, vaccines protect on average over 95 percent of death.

“We’re adults, we don’t want to listen to fairy tales. But will you blame the survivor of the car accident that he who wore a seat belt survived and another who didn’t fasten it died? Who cost life to ignore the facts?”
