The Nvidia GeForce RTX 3090 Super seems to promise record performance … and consumption to match – Frandroid

Nvidia seems to be preparing a new card of disproportion to supplant the already very impressive RTX 3090.

With its RTX 3000 generation, Nvidia introduced a new model more powerful than the RTX 3080 or 3080 Ti : the RTX 3090. According to the brand it is a “BFGPU” in reference to the game Doom, and the RTX 3090 is really very bulky.

However, the card could soon be dethroned by an even more impressive new product: the RTX 3090 Super.

A consumer version of the RTX A6000

According to claims made by Twitter accounts generally well informed on these matters, the RTX 3090 Super would offer 10,752 Cuda Cores, compared to 10,496 for the conventional RTX 3090.
