Spain: the fishermen of Galicia organize the sling against Brussels

In the north-west of Spain, the artisanal fishing sector protests against a new regulation of the European Commission which provides for the installation of a geolocation device and the notification of all their catches in an electronic logbook. A mobilization of such magnitude has not united, for several years, the fishermen of Galicia. They still use traditional methods and refuse to comply with these standards which they deem inapplicable.
