In the Var, it took only a few minutes for the streets of the village of Pignans to turn into a torrent. In its last bulletin, published at 4 p.m., Météo-France listed Haute-Savoie, Savoie, Isère, Drôme, Vaucluse, Hautes-Alpes, Alpes-de-Haute-Provence, Bouches-du -Rhône and the Var in yellow vigilance for thunderstorms. The Alpes-Maritimes, for their part, have been placed on yellow alert for storms and floods. Thunderstorms will persist until early evening.
