Coronavirus: Committee for Incompatibility of Functions is to deal with the photo of MP Žiak with Horalka – Aktuality.sk

The Committee of the National Council (NR) of the Slovak Republic for incompatibility of functions is to deal with the complaint to the Member of the National Council of the Slovak Republic Miroslav Žiak (SaS), who published a photo with Horalka’s wafers on the social network.

It was submitted by a non-attached Member, Ondrej Ďurica, who considers it a promotion. The student responded to TASR that it would only be an advertisement if his status was sponsored. According to the Constitutional Act on the Protection of the Public Interest in the performance of the functions of public officials, deputies may not use their personalities for advertising.
