Kazimir’s discount: The governor claims that he bought the house cheaper because he paid rent for it – Aktuality.sk

According to Petr Kažimír, the purchase price of his villa from the accused Miroslav Slahučka took into account more than 400 thousand euros, which he paid on the rent. Slahučka thus voluntarily lost money during the sale.

The investigators claim that its price also takes into account the rent it has paid for years. However, experts in the real estate sector agree that this is a non-standard practice.
