The area of ​​the legendary Ozeta wants to be saved by a friend of the Krajmer family. He has five million euros ready – HNonline.sk

More than eight decades have passed since the entrepreneur Ján Nehera founded the Ozeta clothing factory. The company faced an attack by the fascist army, coupon privatization and bankruptcy.

Although the legendary brand managed to survive and today it attributes one success after another to its account, the mentioned difficulties have taken a cruel toll. This included the closure of five of the six production plants, including the base in Trenčín. As it is falling into disrepair to this day, it seemed that February 2007 would go down in the city’s history as the beginning of its end.

Currently, however, his destiny is trying to reverse the eseročka Dolce Futurum. He wants to build an apartment building in an attractive area for almost five million euros. “Due to its location, excellent civic amenities or opportunities for active recreation, the given locality is among the most sought after, so our choice to implement an interesting and beneficial project in the area was clear,” said Dolce Futurum head Miroslav Luščík for HN.
