Activists occupied the entrance to the building and the ministry’s reception.

Dozens of Extinction Rebellion activists blocked access to the Norwegian Ministry of Petroleum and Energy in central Oslo on Monday. Police did not disperse them until more than five hours and even arrested them, Reuters reports.
