Controversial PHOTO MP Tobacco is over: The head of TANAP will take her for an investigation, they will come to the crime scene! – Topky

At the end of July, the deputy for OĽaNO published a photo on the social network of a bath in one of the mountain streams, which provoked a wave of outrage and words that Tobacco may have violated one of the many regulations of the protected Tatra areas. The case went so far that TANAP himself and his boss began to address it personally.

TANAP boss will go to the “crime scene” with her

Pavol Majko, the head of the TANAP report, explained everything for the portal SME. He did not record any groundbreaking news in the case, but the proceedings are still beginning. “However, I was already with her (Tobacco, editor’s note) and we also agreed on measures, which she will then publish,” says Majko.

He claims that Tobacco should even have contacted himself, saying that he regrets it, wants to help and make some correction. “So we’ve met and we’re going to go into the field together, probably in the next few days. We’ll use that well-known personality to do some education about the bath.” says Majko.

Tobacco deleted it a few minutes after the criticism, but it was still too late and circulated on the Internet. “It was not far from the Karpatia facility, above it is such a water intake with boulders, about 100 meters above the Freedom Road (Studenovodský potok, ed. Note). So we agreed with the MP that we will go to that place again with fellow guards, it will be marked there and she will say something about it. We don’t have the agreed details yet, so I don’t want to overtake, but she promised it and she will put the video on her facebook, “ believes Majko.
