The nucleus of the organization was made up of fifteen people, ” with clear leadership and established roles in a defined structure”. The detainees are related to several crimes, including belonging to a criminal organization, electricity fraud, illegal detention, against public health, and robbery with violence and intimidation. Those arrested were brought to justice on October 29 and the judge decreed provisional prison for two of them. The investigation began in January when it was learned that they were allegedly related to the illegal detention of two partners in a transport company in Manresa (Barcelona), who were held, threatened and assaulted in a flat in the city.
