All those who have received the coronavirus vaccination should have had a chance to join the vaccination lottery. This was the initial vision of the Ministry of Finance under the leadership of Minister Igor Matovič (OĽANO). Further information on the conditions of the competition subsequently revealed that in order to participate, you must first register and then wait to see if you will be drawn on Sunday night.

Even if you do, you are not winning yet. You have to pick up the phone within a time limit and then say the correct password. At first, however, the ministry did not think about it, and only after complaints and the well-known faux pas, during which the Prešov woman Zuzana lost 400,000 euros due to the slow internet, the rules were changed.

However, this adjustment does not seem to be the end of the restrictions either. As the portal pointed out spotibo.sk, if you are currently abroad, you will not register for the vaccination lottery.

The website https://www.bytzdravyjevyhra.sk is available only from Slovakia. This was confirmed by the Ministry of Finance for Topky.sk. “In this case, it is a security measure to protect already registered citizens and their personal data. Similar measures are a common standard.” reported from the ministry’s press department.
