More than 523,000 households have received the Minimum Vital Income until the month of October

The Ministry of Inclusion, Social Security and Migration, indicates that the benefit reaches 1,453,773 beneficiaries Households have received the Minimum Vital Income (IMV) so far this year until the month of October, according to the statistics published by the National Institute of Social Security until the end of October. Thus, the Ministry of Inclusion, Social Security and Migrations, indicates that the benefit reaches 1,453,773 beneficiaries, of which 42.5 percent (618,762) are minors. In two out of three households, the owner of the IMV is a woman. In addition, in 64 percent of households that receive the benefit paid by Social Security there is at least one minor (338,373). On the other hand, the number of benefits with the Child Support Supplement (CAPI) is already 284,104. The CAPI is an aid of 100 euros per household per month in the case of children from 0 to 3 years old; of 70 euros per month for each child between 3 and 6 years of age and 50 euros per month for each child between 6 and 18 years of age, which came into force on January 1. According to these data, in two out of three households the holder of the benefit is a woman and, if the total number of beneficiaries is taken into account, 54% are women (792,256). Ten days ago, the Ministry of Inclusion, Social Security and Migration launched an information bus that is now in Ciudad Real and which will cover up to 40 Spanish towns to search for potential IMV beneficiaries who have not requested the benefit. So far, the bus has served 670 people.
