At the international exhibition of the defense industry IDEB 2021, which will start on Wednesday (August 25) in Bratislava, the CSG group (Czechoslovak Group) will present vehicles on the 4 × 4 platform or Tatra Tactic 6 × 6 from the Slovak company Tatra Defense Slovakia. They will be produced in the Trenčín plant.

“We are glad that at the domestic event IDEB 2021 in Bratislava we will be able to show the world the offer of top Tatra brand vehicles on 4 × 4 and 6 × 6 chassis, with which we will seek attention at home and abroad. Tatra has recently returned to Slovakia and we plan to start its production in order to revive the domestic defense industry, which is directly linked to employment growth in the Považie region, “said Michal Baláž, CEO of Tatra Defense Slovakia.

As he added, Tatra Defense Slovakia will present at the exhibition a durable Tatra Tactic 6 × 6 truck, a universal four-wheeled vehicle on a 4 × 4 platform, which is suitable for combat deployment, reconnaissance missions and patrol. At the same time, it will produce a pair of vehicles on home soil in the premises of the former GTC in Trenčín.

“These are vehicles that offer full compatibility with NATO standards, while also fully meeting the needs of the Armed Forces of the Slovak Republic and enable effective deployment in UN missions, NATO, as well as in the internal protection of the Slovak Republic,” added Baláž.

The exhibition of representatives of the domestic defense industry from Považie, which will be associated under the banner of the parent group CSG (Czechoslovak Group), will be complemented by a portfolio of tank and artillery ammunition from ZVS Armory. In the stand it will also be possible to see the latest Antos mortar or a special command container with an extension from the mobile control flight tower DISK 2 from the Banská Bystrica MSM.
