Two arrested for stealing by the slip method in neighborhoods with high purchasing power in Madrid and Marbella

They are two young Italians aged 18 and 23: they stole brand-name clothing to go unnoticed by the neighbors They slide a plastic over the door frame to open the doors without forcing them They are considered perpetrators of 22 robberies They acted in neighborhoods with high purchasing power in the neighborhood of Salamanca, the San Blas district of Madrid or in Marbella (Málaga). Even in buildings that usually had a doorman, taking advantage of the time when he was absent to access the homes. They used the slip method: sliding a piece of plastic through the door frame, in those that do not have the key thrown in the lock, they manage to open them without forcing them. They came to wear the clothes that they stole in previous events to go unnoticed in the neighborhood, always dealing with luxury clothing and accessories. The National Police have arrested them. It is about a 21-year-old girl and an 18-year-old boy, with family ties and of Italian nationality, as alleged perpetrators of 22 crimes of robbery with force. SOC POLICE TOOLS SLIP CNP The investigation culminated at the beginning of October when the agents located them staying in a hotel, proceeding immediately to their arrest. During the search in the room they found some of the tools they used to carry out their attacks, such as screwdrivers, a wrench or the plastic with which they opened the locks, as well as false documentation and different clothes and accessories from prestigious firms.
