Mondelèz, the manufacturer of these products, has therefore taken the decision to recall several ranges in order to avoid “a risk of injury” or “adverse effects”, in the event of ingestion.
The packets of cakes concerned are the Milk Chocolate Granola sold in pairs (2×200 grams, use-by date until June 30, 2023) and the Dark Chocolate Granola 195 grams (use-by date until May 31, 2023) . The recalled lots are as follows: OCE0123911, OCE0123912, OCE0123913, OCE0123921, OCE0123922, OCE0123923, OCE0123931, OCE0123932 from the Granola milk chocolate range and OCE0123872, OCE0123873, OCE0123911 dark chocolate range. these products have been marketed since October 3 in most French retail chains: Leclerc, Auchan, Intermarché, Carrefour, Casino, Système U, Simply Market, Monoprix, Franprix, Segurel and Teldis. The recall procedure for these batches is valid until 21 November. According to the manufacturer, consumers can get reimbursed by returning these items to the store.
