Chinese President Xi Jinping wins third term as leader

Chinese President Xi Jinping was reappointed Sunday as head of the Politburo, the governing body of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), for a third term, making him the most powerful Chinese leader since Mao Zedong. For the first time in 25 years, the Political Bureau, the decision-making body of the Chinese Communist Party, has no women.
