Putin criticizes West ‘s proposal to place Afghan refugees in Central Asia

Hundreds of refugees from Afghanistan are heading to the Central Asian countries of Uzbekistan and Tajikistan, with which they share a border.

Russian President Vladimir Putin criticized Western nations on Sunday for intending to temporarily place Afghan refugees in Central Asian countries because Putin said it was a security risk for Russia. The AP news agency informed about it.
