Individual meter and average consumption: the conditions to benefit from discounts in buildings with a community boiler

With this measure, the Government hopes that this special rate will save families 50% compared to what they would have paid without this measure and without the previous gas VAT reduction. The Executive calculates that more than 1.7 million families will benefit from the measure.
