Gb, suspect package in London: Downing Street and Whitehall evacuated

Downing Street and Whitehall government buildings in London evacuated after police found a suspicious package. Hundreds of people gathered in front of the Horse Guards Parade, one of the most touristic points of the capital. Police confirmed that the package was found near Downing Street, where Prime Minister Liz Truss’ office and residence is located. Now the bomb squad are at work to check the package. Whitehall is the seat of several ministries, including Foreign and Defense.
