Ukraine, Borrell: “If Russia uses nuclear weapons, the army will be annihilated”

“The EU, the member states, the US and NATO are not bluffing. Any nuclear attack against Ukraine would provoke a non-nuclear response so powerful on a military level that the Russian army would be annihilated.” This was stated by EU High Representative Josep Borrell, speaking this morning at the College of Europe in Bruges, Flanders. “Putin shouldn’t bluff – he added – it’s a serious historical moment.
