600-700 g of apples, preferably local
2 tsp ground cinnamon

If they seem more sour, sweeten with brown cane sugar or vanilla sugar. Also, don’t forget to add ground cinnamon to the apples. She will do her thing. Cut the Christmas tree again into evenly thick slices. In the meantime, heat milk with butter and possibly a little sugar on the stove. Next, we will prepare a cottage cheese filling from cottage cheese, vanilla sugar and powdered sugar. We dip the individual slices of Christmas cookies in milk with melted butter and sugar so that they rise. Place in a greased and lined baking dish. Cover the bottom of the bowl with about half of the sliced ​​Christmas tree. Put the cheese filling on this layer. Then, again, pre-prepared apples. Cover with the other half of the sauced Christmas tree slices. Close the baking dish, put it in a preheated oven to bake at about 180 degrees for about 20 minutes. In the meantime, we will also prepare a vanilla pudding from the mentioned ingredients. After about 20 minutes, when the top layer of the Christmas cake is already golden, take it out of the oven, cover the bun with vanilla pudding and return it to the oven to bake with the pudding at 200 degrees Celsius for about 5-10 minutes.
