The Minister of Health, Carolina Darias, who led the Council meeting at the Hostal dos Reis Católicos, was present at the hearing. Comesaña has defended that Galicia has a “long and deep tradition” in everything related to this field of health, such as in the development of neonatal screening. has insisted on the demands already requested in other councils and that the president of the Xunta, Alfonso Rueda, reiterated this Thursday before the media after the Autonomous Council: the creation of more MIR positions, the creation of the Emergency and changes specialty in the teaching criteria.
