Iran, coroner: “Mahsa died of a previous illness”

Mahsa Amini’s death was not caused by a blow to the head or other vital organs. The news agency Irna reported, citing a report by an Iranian medical examiner, according to which the 22-year-old died of multiple organ failure syndrome, caused by cerebral hypoxia.
